    No, the arpeggio exercises. I try to get them starting in both octaves to utilize the full range of the horn. The altissimo makes it a real challenge; not as smooth as you do it!

    Not so easy at that speed! Also, on tenor, playing, starting in both octaves (tough low range, tough altissimo range).

    Thanks a lot Alex. May I suggest having a look to New Real Book 1 Bb page 157&158. You will find the shout chorus as played by Mile Davis and the harmony lin for 1&2 3&4 bars as played by Tad Dameron.
