Syllabus:

Each week we will be practicing melodic shapes from the major scales applied to a major II V I.

  • Week 1: target the root
  • Week 2: target the third
  • Week 3: target the fifth
  • Week 4: target the seventh

There are etudes with examples on the blues and standards using different harmonic progressions and tritonic substitutions.
