I’m happy to feature saxophonist Frank Schmidt from Germany!

What instrument(s) do you play?

I play alto, soprano and tenor. I like to play all three, but alto is what I started with and I might call it homebase.

How did you start learning music?

I´m  60 now and I started at 18. I’m almost self taught, but I had some teachers as well. The first 2 years I did  it by myself.

What are your musical goals?

Better ears, being able to play more freely with control.
Still having fun playing sax for a long time
