š¬š§ “Caravan” is anĀ standardĀ that was composed byĀ Juan TizolĀ andĀ Duke EllingtonĀ and first performed by Ellington in 1936.Ā Irving MillsĀ wrote lyrics, but they are rarely sung.
The first recording was made in 1936 with musicians from the Duke Ellington orchestra but under the leadership of clarinetist Barney Bigard.

Nice Laurent, beautiful sound! Try to breathe more between phrases, don’t resolve on the G- too early! And maybe revisit some ideas from the rhythmic course: https://jazzvideolessons.net/courses/rhythmic-considerations-in-improvisation/
